Unrestricted Grant Cycle

2021 Grantmaking

Each year through our unrestricted and field of interest funds, we are able to make grants available through these competitive grant cycles. Areas of granting are Arts & Culture, Community Development, Education, Health, Historical, Human Services and Youth.

Because of what we heard during our 2019 Nonprofit Listening Series and the Community Chats, Early Childhood Education is an area of special emphasis.

The Grant Guidelines, including eligibility requirements are included under the “How to Apply” tab.

Unrestricted Grant Cycle #1

Grant applications are due Monday, April 5 by 5 p.m.

Unrestricted Grant Cycle #2

Grant applications are due Monday, October 11 by 5 p.m.

COVID-19 Operating Support Grants

We know the pandemic has caused great stress on many operating budgets and we are offering grants to address those needs. Organizations are able to apply for both an Unrestricted Grant and a COVID-19 Operating Support Grant. The due dates are the same as for Cycle #1 and Cycle #2.

COVID-19 Emergency Assistance Grants

We continue to accept requests for emergency assistance related to the pandemic, with the emphasis placed on these areas: food insecurity, child care, and health. These grants do not affect eligibility for the Unrestricted Grants or the Operating Support Grants. Click here for the application. Applications may be submitted at any time and will be given prompt consideration.
