Raelyn Earley Memorial Softball Scholarship

Requirements: 2.5+ GPA, Member of North Montgomery girls softball team
Description:

Raelyn Earley was a North Montgomery High School junior who lost her life in the spring of 2012 in a car accident. This fund was established by her family as a lasting tribute to her. Raelyn was a member of the softball team and her family intends for the the fund to provide scholarships to NMHS graduates who are also softball players.

The Raelyn Earley Memorial Softball Scholarship Fund will provide a scholarship toward tuition and fees for a student from North Montgomery High School who is enrolled and will attend an accredited two-or four-year public or private institution. The scholarship will be awarded for one year only and is not renewable.

Criteria:
  • Be a graduate in good standing of North Mongtomery High School, Montgomery County, Indiana by the end of June of the year in which the application is filed
  • Be a resident of Montgomery County, Indiana
  • Be accepted into and attend an accredited two-or four-year public or private college or university
  • Must have played on the girls varsity softball team during the senior year of high school
  • Must have a grade point average of 2.5 based on a 4.0 scale
  • Must have completed a minimum of seven (7) semesters or ten (10) trimesters by the application deadline to be eligible to apply for the Raelyn Earley Memorial Softball Scholarship
