Jim Harpel Basketball Scholarship
The Jim Harpel Basketball Scholarship was established in 2010 in his memory. Jim played basketball throughout his entire life and had an extraordinary love and passion for the sport. His wish was to create a scholarship in his name to help a Montgomery County basketball player continue on to college and to share in his love of the sport.
The Jim Harpel Basketball Scholarship Fund will provide a scholarship toward tuition and fees for a student from a Montgomery County high school who is enrolled and will attend an accredited two-or four-year public or private institution. The scholarship will be awarded to first year college students for one year only and is not renewable.

Application Deadline: All applications for the Harpel Basketball Scholarship must be turned into the MCCF office on or before 5:00 p.m. Friday, March 2, 2012!
