Wabash freshmen who helped MCCF during Wabash Community Service Day.
We are pleased to announce that we will soon be moving to new office space at 119 E. Main! Our offices will be located on the first floor which will give us better accessibility and visibility. Our goal is to be settled in by the end of September and remodeling efforts are already in full swing. We will post updates here.
Wow! We are so grateful for the Wabash men who donated their time, efforts and muscle power to MCCF during Wabash Community Service Day. They worked diligently and willingly throughout the afternoon cleaning out our "pigeon room" (and lived to tell about it!) packing and moving boxes (thanks Inland Container!) and even cleaning over in our new office space. From the smiles on their faces we think they had a good time while working - although the smiles could be because of the brownies and cookies at the end of the day! We wish all of them a successful year at college - what a great group of guys!
Ian Line, recipient of four MCCF scholarships, recently gave a helping hand to Cheryl Keim, Development Director, as they prepared the summer edition of BRIDGES for mailing. Ian volunteered his time as a way of giving back to MCCF in gratitude for his scholarships. He's already demonstrating a philanthropic spirit! Ian will be attending Grace College and we wish him all the best. Thanks Ian!
Please check out our Photo Gallery where we have displayed more pictures of some of our grant and distribution recipients.

Karen Cushman, an elementary school principal and a founding member of the "Building a Health Future" committee which took on the tasks of building a skate park and improving playground equipment in Milligan Park shares the history of the project. The Skate Park is located at the south end of Milligan Park, over the hill from the swimming pool. The effort began in the summer of 2006. The total cost of the project is about $225,000.00,and has been funded through grants, private donations and minimal tax dollars. MCCF awarded the project $25,000.00 in 2007 and another $7,200.00 this year.
