Making an Impact in Your Community!

The MCCF Board of Directors, in their desire to become more proactive with granting and more engaged in the process, announces the MCCF 2012 Community Engagement Grants.  This effort will be two-pronged:

                                                              2012 Board Grants

Each of the 15 Board members is allowed to award up to $1,000 to the 501(c) nonprofit agency of their choice.  Board members are actively seeking projects and opportunities which address issues they feel strongly about.  We're excited about these Board grants and the impact they will have on our local nonprofit agencies!  We will post information about these grants as they happen!

                                                              "12 in 12" Grants

All local nonprofit agencies with a 501(c) status are invited to submit a very simple one page application outlining what they would do with an extra $1,000.  Short form applications will be accepted all year long and each month one winner will be chosen by the MCCF staff to receive $1,000.  Just one application is necessary and it will be automatically re-entered each month until it is either selected as the winner, or the contest runs out.  Now, what could be easier?!  Please click here for eligibility guidelines and to download the short application.
